The first half of 2023 has been the most challenging but also perhaps the most interesting period in Reagle’s history.
We have established new business ventures and expanded our operations internationally, starting with the Swedish market. This year, before the summer break, we managed to complete a total of ten transactions. For instance, during this week, we successfully concluded a significant social infrastructure arrangement in three separate transactions (a.k.a Alexander’s ilmaveivi). Our pipeline is very strong for the second half of the year, and during the summer, we are preparing numerous new cases for the autumn market. All of this has taken place in an extremely challenging market environment, and we are extremely proud of our entire team.
Once again, we must mention that customers seem to be increasingly awakened to the topic of ESG, and its impact is rapidly growing. We have implemented our first projects around this theme and will continue working to bring more concrete services related to ESG issues to the industry, alongside the usual “diibadaaba” reports and greenwashing. 2030 (carbon neutral) is now only about one fund’s lifecycle away; it’s time to wake up.
Thank you to all our customers and partners for the past half-year; soon it will be time to take a moment to relax by the pier. Have a great summer!
The Reagle team

We wish you a great summer!
In case there is anything we can help you with, our office is open during summer.
Reagle Team

“I’m the first Demand Generator Specialist at Reagle. This means incorporating marketing and sales to generate demand for ongoing projects. Since the position is new, I’m certain that it will evolve and develop as we go on. Reagle has a true growth mindset, not just for their business but for their employees as well. This in itself feels very motivating, as I feel that the organization will support me to grow as a professional.
I’m studying social sciences, which I believe brings about beneficial perspectives to this line of work. In addition, my background is quite international which I believe is a strength. I believe understanding human behavior is very helpful when it comes to analyzing markets and creating demand. I would say that at the core, this is a people business.
The working community and culture convinced me to join Reagle. The culture became evident during the recruiting process and proved to be true during my time here. It’s the little things – we all go to have lunch together and we have a process set in place where newcomers have one-to-ones with all the colleagues at the office. The messages I took to heart from these one-to-ones is the importance of implementing a good work life balance and investing in ones wellbeing. Music and sports are near and dear to my heart, and the corner stones of my wellbeing.”

“When joining Reagle, for me it was about the technologies. My background is in data sciences, machine learning and bioinformatics; thus, the world of real estate was new to me. Reagle, however, uses the tools and technologies I found interesting and wanted to dive deeper into. I want to develop tools and models for others to benefit from, and that is basically what I’m doing as data engineer.
I believe in constant learning – It is important for me to learn something every day and that keeps me motivated. Our team is small and agile, which gives me a lot of room to work with. My role stretches quite a lot and I’m not limited to a certain silo. And I can keep learning. The freedom and responsibilities go hand in hand, and I value the freedom we have at Reagle. I feel I can be myself here.
I’m certain that keeping up with development data-based models are much needed in this field of business. The experience-based gut-feelings and cumulated market knowhow are important, but not enough solely. Those should be combined with real evidence from data. That’s what our team does – make data understandable, evident, and valuable to our clients. It creates insight and essentially, trust.”
Team’s greetings

What’s up at our Sweden office?
We are happy to update you that our Stockholm office business operations progress as planned. Seems that we might even need to expand our team and start recruiting in the near future.
Happy and heartfelt greetings from our Stockholm team day!
