Strategic- and Financial Advisory

We create an investment strategy for Your Company and assist in implementing it, as well as structuring the investments. We evaluate larger entities and create for example exit-strategies for larger portfolios. We help your company in real estate debt financing arrangements.

Value creation (Leasing & Conceptualization)

We act as a strategic partner for investors and real estate owners developing and implementing solutions for vacant premises and more challenging assets in order to grow and optimize the value of the asset. Our partnership model is flexible and uncomplicated, and its cornerstones are know-how, systematic and practical approach, professionalism, vision and proactive leasing process.

Corporate real estate

We act as Tenant’s own industry expert, resource and project manager in the process of finding, tendering and negotiation of new business premises. Our main objectives are comfortable and fit-for-purpose premises, cost effective lease agreement and a satisfied client.

Research and valuation

As an Authorized Property Valuer (AKA) approved by the Property Valuation Board of Finland Chamber of Commerce (KHK), we operate by the International Valuation Standards (IVS) and prepare property valuations mainly for business premises and residential properties. Valuation reports may be related for instance to ownership arrangements, financial statements and the financier's collateral review.
