Reagle was born from the idea of providing all commercial property owners high-quality advisory services, that are based on courage and expertise. The fact that in short time we have grown into one of Finland’s most significant real estate advisors proves the success of the idea.
In their previous roles Reagle's founders noticed that there were clear shortcomings in the Finnish real estate market's service offering, as there were no professional advisors and problem solvers for certain types of real estate assets.
Through hard work and listening to the needs of customers, Reagle has grown and developed into an established advisor in Finland, offering comprehensive services for the diverse and changing needs of property owners.
Our company is wholly owned by the operational management, and we operate independently. We want to create an inspiring work environment for experienced and novice professionals in the field.

During Hakala’s career in the real estate industry he has obtained extensive experience in the areas of real estate-valuation, -consulting and -portfolio management. Prior to co-founding Reagle, Henri served as Head of Transactions at Catella Asset Management. Hakala holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Aalto University.
Doepel’s experience in the real estate industry spans from services management to fund management. Prior to co-founding Reagle, Alexander was part of the Fund Management team at Northern Horizon Capital. Doepel holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Aalto University and a Master of Science in Economics from Hanken School of Economics.
Prior to joining Reagle, for half a decade Ikäläinen held multiple key finance roles and management team positions in KONE Corporation, both in Finland and abroad. Before that Arttu played an important part in KAS Oy in developing and optimizing one of the largest residential real estate portfolios in Finland. Ikäläinen holds a Master of Science in Economics from University of Vaasa.
Paatsama has strong experience in financial sector. Before joining to Reagle Oy Paatsama has worked for Santander Consumer Finance and for Finance Link as Credit Officer. Juhani has experience about team leading and risk management. Paatsama holds a Master of Science in Economics from University of Vaasa.
Peder is the Director of the operations in Sweden. Prior to joining Reagle, Peder served as Head of Transactions at Carl Ek Fastigheter. Before that Peder was part of establishing and developing an international production company with customers such as VW and Daimler. Lund holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School.
Markus is a leasing and account management professional with vast experience in agreement negotiations, tenant prospecting and acquisition, and real estate concept planning. Prior to joining Reagle Markus’ roles included among other things SVP of Office Real Estate at Sponda Plc, Head of Leasing at property consultancy Newsec Advice, Country Manager at proptech company Datscha and several team- and sales managerial roles at Regus.
Pia has extensive experience on real estate development and account management. Before joining Reagle Pia has been worked at YIT Suomi Ltd as a Project Development Specialist in both new development projects and the development of old properties. Pia has a background in housing finance from the OP Group and is Certified Real Estate Broker
Siimestö has about ten years of experience from an expert organization specialized in corporate acquisitions and real estate transactions. As an authorized property valuer approved by the Finland Chamber of Commerce, Siimestö has several years of experience in property appraisals and the successful implementation of various real estate transactions and leasing projects.
Kamppari has a broad knowledge related to economics and finance along with extensive experience in working with B2B customers. Prior to joining Reagle, Kamppari worked in the finance industry and did B2B sales. Kamppari is finishing his Real Estate Economics Master’s studies in Aalto University.
As a former professional athlete who has just ended his career, Manelius understands the importance of uncompromising and long-term work. Prior to joining Reagle, Manelius has had a professional ice hockey career of more than 10 years.
Meri has extensive experience in the financing field. Before joining Reagle, Meri worked at Svea Bank Ab as a Financing Specialist with mortgage granting and risk management. Meri also has a background in corporate finance from Svea Bank when she worked as a Financing Officer, and she has a Master of Science degree.
Kauri has a remarkable data-driven background in the real estate industry. Kauri has strong expertise in data processing and developing data-based tools. In addition, Kauri has reliable expertise in the real estate market in overall. Prior to joining Reagle, Kauri has had a long career in research and development at Newsec and KTI Property Information.
Vilma has gained previous experience in both digital real estate trading at Blok and in the insurance sector at LähiTapiola. At Reagle, Vilma's duties include working versatilely in all areas of Reagle's services business. Vilma has a master's degree in economics.
Ville has extensive leadership experience from ESG- and sustainablity related advisory services and energy performance contracting. Prior to joining Reagle, Ville has had long career at YIT and Caverion, where Ville was responsible for heading Caverion’s Advisory Services in Finland.
Severi has recently graduated from Aalto University, where he specialized in machine learning and biological data in his studies. His diverse set of skills, including coding and data analysis, along with his unusual background allows him to bring a fresh perspective to the real estate market and offer unique insights and ideas to the industry.
Erik works as an analyst in the Swedish division. Prior to joining Reagle, Erik worked at Ankarhagen Fastigheter. Before that Erik was part of Magnolia Bostad, one of the biggest housing developers in Sweden. Earlier Erik did an Internship for the German real estate advisor Angermann’s Swedish division. Erik holds a Bachelor Degree in Real Estate Economics from Karlstad University and has also studied at Stockholm University.
Kim's background is in office space leasing, and also has versatile experience in both B2B and B2C sales. Previously, Kim worked in the coworking industry at VillageWorks, where Kim mapped the experience of renting offices both as a landlord and as a tenant. Along with work, Kim is completing marketing studies at Hanken in Helsinki.
Netta studies real estate economics and geoinformatics at Aalto University. Despite her young academic age, Netta has already accumulated knowledge and skills as a transaction trainee, gaining skills in the field and has come to Reagle to learn more in the role of a data trainee.
Johanna has over 20 years of diverse experience in sales and key account management. Her broad expertise spans retail and wholesale to B2B business with publicly traded companies. At Reagle, Johanna is part of the value creation team, responsible for promoting sales. In her role, she combines multichannel sales and marketing to increase demand for ongoing projects.
