We are happy to announce that we have established a subsidiary in Sweden and started operations on January 16th. We are one of the fastest growing real estate advisories in the Nordicsand to support our internationalization, we have appointed Peder Lund as Director of the operations in Sweden. Our Swedish office will be in Stockholm, but we will operate throughout the whole country, wherever the customer needs are.

Peder is a very entrepreneurial person who founded his first business at a very young age. He has an extensive and diverse background in business with a strong focus on sales and business development roles. Peder has gained experience in Real Estate industry especially in transactions and real estate development most recently working with Carl Ek Fastigheter as the Head of Transactions and private development ventures. Peder holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Politics.

I’m sure that there will be demand for new type of real estate advisory also in Sweden and I am extremely pleased that Peder has joined us to support our growth story.
